The number of spam messages in China grow severely, in regards of that, China local telecom Providers have released the following guidelines focusing on the message Content. In order to perform more efficient control, all messages to be sent will need to submit first to telecom providers for approval, before these messages can be sent. Therefore, please provide us a draft of the contents of any messages to be sent. We apologize for any inconveniences caused. * Remindance 1）Any messages with promotional content relates to financial, industry, education or Property is not allowed. 2）No hyperlink can be included in the message. 3）Content of sensitive political content, or any illegal content including adultery, violent, Fraud is not allowed. 4）No Spam messages of any illegal business. 5）Under the circumstances, when urgent communication is needed by the party/government/army, Financial institute, VIP clients of airline or logistics company, such circumstances will be excluded from these regulations.
